We’re the oldest insurance agency in Augusta. We’ve been serving individuals and businesses since 1866 and we continue to set the standards for comprehensive and cost-efficient insurance and for personalized services in Augusta, as well as our office in Waynesboro and surrounding areas.
We’re empathetic, prompt, and fair, and we ensure that every client that we serve has the best possible experience. We find it humbling to get to know clients and to therefore have a responsibility to take care of clients. We foster trust and we make sure sure that our clients rely on us. We do these things by providing the best products and services, never missing a detail, and being friendly.
We have access to a lot of different markets and there’s almost nothing that we can’t write. We write both personal and commercial lines, and the options that we have for either of these two types of lines are many. Homeowners, auto, and life insurance are among our personal line options and business and employee insurance are among our commercial line options.
We have special offerings for cyber liability, affluent homeowners, and professional liability, and we also have special event insurance. If you need habitational insurance or nonprofit liability insurance, we can provide it.
We’re a generalist agency, which means that we don’t necessarily specialize in any area of insurance. However, every member of our staff is qualified to write any product that we offer, and each member of our staff treats the policies that he or she writes with the care and consideration that would be given to a specialist-related policy.
Our goals are to help others and to serve our communities. We help others by providing the best possible insurance and we serve communities by being involved. We have civic memberships like the ones that we have with the Kiwanis Club, Child Enrichment, Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. We also raise money for the Golden Harvest Food Bank.
The involvement that we have in the communities that we serve makes us better insurers and it helps us give back. The proactive and careful approach that we take to being parts of these communities is the same as the approach that we take to serving clients.
